Order Steps
- Once you make a purchase, we will send a confirmation email.
- Please go to the "Submit your Information" page and complete the form, or follow the link from your email.
- Once you've filled out the form, please play 3 online matches, then log out and close your app.
- Please allow 1-2 days to complete your order, depending on availability.
- We will send your an email when your order is beginning and another once it has been completed.
Confirmation Email
- Please ensure that you have entered a valid email so that the confirmation email will be received.
- Please DO NOT make multiple accounts on the website. We know if it is your first order or not. Please stick to 1 account with the same email.
- We cannot complete your order unless you have filled out the form from the confirmation email.
Refunds
- You are only eligible for a refund if your order hasn't been completed
- To request a refund, you must send us a message through the "Contact Us" page and provide your order number.
- We will hold onto your order for 1 week if we haven't received the form. After that, your order will be discarded until you contact us.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
